This Saturday afternoon journaling workshop will help us look inward to envision how we want our new year to look, the ways we can start anew, and the freedom new beginnings might permit.
A 90-minute journaling workshop led by Write Your Story founder Kari Skaflen on Saturday, January 24 from 15h-16h30. We will be guided through introspective prompts exploring the concept of “beginning again” and we will write for short intervals. Your writing is private— you will never be asked to share what you write. What we share in community is about the process of journaling. Just putting a pen to paper can open up a whole new world of creativity, solutions, and imagination. Join us and imagine the 2026 you want for yourself!

Kari Skaflen
Kari Skaflen has maintained a lifelong journaling practice that has supported her through life’s peaks and valleys. She formally trained in the journaling practice with All Swell Academy, where she learned how to bring the highest level of connection, lasting change, and health benefits to her own workshop facilitation.
