Inspired by the co-writing culture and fast-paced songwriting camps of Nashville and Los Angeles, the Atelier Rose Songwriting Camp brings together emerging and established songwriters, artists, lyricists, producers, and musicians for a weekend of creativity, connection, and new musical work.

This program is application-based. Participants will complete a brief application form to help us learn more about their creative practice, musical background, and songwriting process. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis to create balanced and inspiring writing groups. Successful applicants will be invited to join the camp and will receive a payment link to confirm their place.

Based on these responses, participants will be placed in carefully curated small groups and invited to collaborate on original songs throughout the weekend. Each writing session will begin with a creative brief or starting point designed to spark ideas and encourage exploration while still leaving plenty of room for each group’s unique direction.

Groups will rotate throughout the camp, giving participants the opportunity to work with multiple collaborators, experiment with new approaches, and expand their creative network. Participants are encouraged to arrive with lyric fragments, melodies, voice notes, chord progressions, concepts, or other song seeds that can be brought into the collaborative process.

Each day includes dedicated co-writing time, demo creation, and group listening sessions where participants can share their work in a supportive and inspiring environment. Participants are encouraged to bring whatever tools support their songwriting practice, and basic recording equipment will be available for creating rough demos.

The camp will conclude with a short practical session covering songwriting splits, copyright basics, and how to register your songs with a performing rights organization (PRO).
